SHIPPING POLICY
Order Tracking
All orders will receive a tracking number for items purchased. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery.
Processing Times
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of placing an order. An order confirmation email will be sent to you when your order begins fulfillment.
Shipping Rates
Deliveries are made via USPS, UPS, and Fed-Ex mail carrying services. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at check out. Orders over $50 USD receive free shipping.

Shipping Damages & Losses
Bawhdee & Napturals is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please feel free to contact us and we will replace the damaged items.
If your items are lost during shipping, you are responsible for filing the claim with the carrier. Please contact the shipment carrier and follow up with an email to our team! Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Due to the unique and personal use of our products, we DO NOT except returns. Please contact us if you have any concerns and we will exchange your items with the appropriate replacement.
